Overview:

The IT Business Analyst role involves gathering and analyzing customer requirements, preparing detailed documentation, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions. Experience with Accounting and ERP software is considered an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare essential project documents such as:
• Project Vision Document
• Business Requirements Document
• Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) / Functional Specification Document (FSD)
• System Requirement Specification (SRS) / System Requirement Document (SRD)
• Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
• Use Case Diagrams
• Wireframes and Mockups
• Change Request Document
• Gather and engage with customer requirements comprehensively.
• Create scope documents covering functional and non-functional requirements and features.
• Develop workflow charts and diagrams, study system capabilities, and write detailed specifications.
• Interact and collaborate with internal teams including developers, QA, testers, and managers.
• Present and demonstrate proposed solutions or prototypes to customers.
• Collect and incorporate ongoing customer feedback to improve services/products.
• Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure appropriate solutions are provided.
• Support QA/testing teams by providing timely input and feedback to ensure business needs are met.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 2 years experience as an IT Business Analyst.
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to find acceptable solutions.
• Strong technical skills and excellent documentation capabilities.
• Proficient in creating detailed reports and delivering presentations.
• Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other applications.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
• Track record of commitment and follow-through.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• History of leading and supporting successful projects.

Requirements:

• 2 to 5 years relevant experience in IT business analysis.
• Any graduate qualification.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with Accounting & ERP software (preferred).
